Support & Services Overview

Quality support is the foundation of our business and customer service is at the centre of our culture. Our ongoing support and account management will allow you to continue to build trust in Dayta and instil confidence in both your team, and ours. We monitor support calls to ensure we are aware of any potential issues, or additional training needs. What makes us unique is the welcoming approach taken by our in-house support team. We will be there to talk you through the “How do I” questions too, as we are not just there to help when something technical requires attention.

Telephone Support

We have a telephone support hotline Monday to Friday with no restrictions as to who can call us or how often.

At Dayta, we pride ourselves on our support and customer-centric approach. By working with us, you bypass automated queues to connect directly with seasoned Sage specialists. Our support team has the expertise to resolve issues promptly, often while you’re still on the call.


Our diagnostic approach is hands-on; we utilise remote troubleshooting to directly access your system when needed, ensuring a thorough and quick resolution of any challenges you face.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is integral to our support services. Our team is rigorously trained and Sage-accredited, consisting of both technicians and developers to cover a comprehensive range of issues. This multi-disciplinary approach ensures that we possess the necessary knowledge and skills to address your specific needs effectively.

Support is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, aligning with standard business operations.

A Dedicated Account Manager

Upon Go-Live you will be assigned a dedicated Education Account Manager who will serve as a friendly face and primary point of contact for all account queries. They will be with you every step of the way and ensure that any issues are directed to the right people for you and are resolved swiftly.

Ongoing Training

Onboarding and adoption are key to the success of any new product, but that can be a continuous journey. We help you with new processes, new staff, and new business challenges. Our financial consultants have all come from technical backgrounds and believe that training, and ongoing support, go hand in hand.
