We care very much about our customers and work hard to provide them with excellent service in what can sometimes be a highly technical arena.

Right now, we are looking for someone to provide Sage 50 software support for our Academy customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer support calls from academy customers.
  • Ensure that the customer call log is maintained.
  • Create and update reports and layouts using the Sage 50 Report Designer tool.
  • Assist with software upgrades
  • Prepare training documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • An in-depth working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software
  • An understanding of MS Access databases will be useful
  • The ability to deal with customers in a calm and considered fashion, resolving their problems effectively
  • A clear and precise telephone manner

Our office is based in Aylesbury, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Full training in the role will be given, but the right person must already be Sage 50 literate.
