We are now recruiting within our Sage 200 Team for a Support Technician
This role involves providing telephone and email support to customers on a range of issues around Sage 200 and supporting software. The issues may be of a financial or technical nature.
In addition, the technician will be expected to help with ad-hoc tasks such as report drafting, installation of Sage 200 and the installation and configuration of related software.
The key objectives of the position are:
• To resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction and in line with the Company’ policies and procedures
• To identify opportunities for cross selling additional services or products to existing customers.
The right person:
• Must have understanding of or a willingness to learn about accounting software
• Must have a good working knowledge of all things IT, Networks, Operating Systems and application software such as MS Office
• Excellent trouble shooting abilities
• Excellent people skills
