Sage Training and Support
One of the reasons Sage software is so popular is that it is very easy to use. However, quality training is vital if you want to get the most out of your system.
We know from experience that hands on training with supporting documentation works best. When we come to your offices we bring our mobile training kit consisting of laptops for each delegate, projector, screen and personalised hand-outs based on your Sage system setup. We will train a maximum of four people in any one session and often find training different people in the morning and afternoon allows you and your team to get on with your day job as well as learn the software. A training timetable is agreed with you during the implementation to suit you and your staff. During Covid, we can also offer online training for customers.
Should you prefer to get away from the office, we have facilities at our own offices.
One Day Courses
We run two set, one day courses. One on the Sage 200 Report Designer and one on the Business Intelligence module. Full course notes are provided which we work through and lunch is provided in the pub next door. Maximum four delegates per course.

We offer a fast telephone response and most queries are quickly resolved. We use TeamViewer so we can connect to your Sage and work with you to get you back on track. This approach allows us to quickly diagnose and fix problems.
