Dayta has been a family-run business for over 40 years, dedicated to providing outstanding financial solutions along with excellent customer service. We are thrilled to join forces with TSG, a like-minded organisation, to enhance our presence in the education market.
As one of the UK’s fastest-growing multi-academy trust technology providers, we provide accountancy software and financial management solutions to schools and multi-academy trusts up and down the country. Our Dayta team, with 17 staff situated at our Aylesbury headquarters, will now become a part of TSG and thanks to this recent development, it will generate more roles for talented, ambitious individuals.
TSG is a brilliant fit for us as their customer service philosophy and commitment to team development is aligned with ours and as an industry-leading organisation, we feel this is the natural next step of Dayta’s journey.
Together, we plan to bring Dayta’s expertise in providing business applications and ERP software to SMEs to the wider TSG team with the aim of contributing to TSG’s market-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +85.
We are also excited to announce that with TSG’s acquisition of Dayta, our customers will now have access to the TSG Academy. This platform delivers flexible learning programmes to you, our customers, to better understand and utilise the software that you use.
For TSG, acquiring Dayta marked the next phase of expansion after their experienced leadership team partnered with Pictet Alternative Advisors, and acquired the business earlier this year. All with the aim of looking to grow organically, through a series of strategic acquisitions.
TSG CEO, Rory McKeand, said: “We’re delighted to have completed this key strategic acquisition in order to grow our existing footprint in the education sector. Dayta has a strong pedigree serving education customers, with a growing client portfolio of schools and multi-academy trusts that we will work with to strengthen our position in this key market.
