Discovery & Analysis

This initial phase involves understanding your organisation's unique needs, challenges, and processes. It often includes reviewing the existing Sage setup, discussing specific requirements, and analysing how a bespoke enhancement could provide a solution. The goal of this stage is to create a clear specification for what the add-on must do.

Design & Development

Based on the specifications defined in the discovery phase, our development team designs and builds the add-on. This includes coding, integrating with existing systems, and ensuring that the add-on meets all the outlined requirements. Regular updates and checkpoints are crucial in this phase to ensure the project stays on track.

Testing & Deployment

The new add-on is thoroughly tested to ensure it works as expected and doesn't conflict with the existing system. Any bugs or issues discovered during testing are fixed. Once everything is working correctly, the add-on then goes live. This stage also usually includes training for your team on how to use the new add-on and providing documentation.
